1 1/2 cups of sushi rice, cooked
2 tbsp. of rice vinegar
1 package of immitation crab, cut thinly
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
1 tbsp. of mayonaise
2 avocados sliced
1 cups of french fried onions for garnish
Drizzle 1: Spicy mayo: 1/2 cup of mayonaise mixed well with 3 tablespoons of sriracha and a little bit of water to make the mixture runny.
Drizzle 2: Sweet sauce: equal parts of honey and soy sauce.
Bottom Layer:
Combine first two ingredients and flatten at the bottom of a spring form pan. (Or a stemmed glass bowl looks pretty too!)
Middle Layer:
Combine immitation crab, cucumber and mayonaise and gently place on top of the rice.
Top Layer:
Spread the sliced avocado to cover the middle layer.
Garnish:
Sprinkle french fried onions over the top. In a back and forth motion drizze the spicy mayo and then the sweet sauce over the top.
