2 boxes grape tomatoes

1 purple onion sliced in rings

2 6 oz. portabella - sautee olive oil

1-2 bag spinach 

Dressing: 

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp. balsamic

2 tbsp. mayonaise
