Easy Cheesecake

1 lb. cottage cheese

3 tbsp. cream cheese

½ c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla sugar

2 eggs

Mix well. Cook in dairy oven on 320 for 45 min.

 

9 double graham crackers

1/3 cup margarine

(Crush graham crackers and mix well with margarine. Put crackers into a ziploc and roll a rolling pin over it for easy crushing. Press onto sides of a pan.)
