Corn Kugel

1stick margarine

6 eggs

¾ cup matzah meal

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 cans whole kernel corn, drained

2 cans creamed corn

 

Preheat oven to 350. Put margarine in a 9x13 pan and put in preheating oven to melt. In a large bowl, beat eggs, matzah meal, salt and pepper. Stir in corn. Pour into pan with melted margarine. Bake 1 ½ hours, until golden brown.
