Pareve Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
· 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
· 1 8-oz tofutti cream cheese
· 1/2 cup sugar
· 2 eggs
· 1 tsp. vanilla extract
· 1 tsp. rum (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla in bowl and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake until golden brown, 45-60 minutes. Cool. Cover with pie filling. Recipe doubles and freezes well.
